I found Verity to be the consummate professional. Never intrusive, ever attentive, Verity ensured that we kept to the timings agreed and that we were never rushed. The charity auction was handled brilliantly, the right amount of enthusiasm, humour and pace to keep it moving and extract every ounce out of those bidding - she was fantastic! Overall we raised over £6000 for our charities and that was down to Verity.
